At Diamond FX, we aim for the highest customer satisfaction. It’s about making you happy with your purchase. And about your overall Diamond FX experience. If the product you received is incorrect or otherwise defective, we are eager to help you receive the correct item(s).
We try to ship orders within 24-48 business hours of the order being placed, weekends not included. We will process orders placed on the weekend on the next business day. Our processing hours are Monday-Friday 9AM-2PM (GMT+1).
How to track your order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to track the status of shipment.
We ship packages with United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipping to a PO Box, APO, AE Box
It is not possible to ship to APO, AE and PO Boxes.
International shipping times are different for each country. The average shipping time for International orders is between 3-10 business days. This does not include the time it takes to clear and process through customs. Each package will be labeled properly. However, once packages enter customs we are not responsible for imposed duties and taxes. Please check with your local import office for more information regarding VATs, custom fees, and import taxes.
Damaged and missing shipments
Our packing department securely packs your order to avoid damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, if there are missing products or if your package does not arrive – please contact our customer service. We will then start the investigation of the missing package. You can reach us Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM (GMT+1). And you can email us anytime at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please report damage or missing products within three days of receiving your order.
Be sure to save the damaged box for insurance claim purposes within the shipping company. Photos of all items and the original shipping container are necessary to file a claim with the shipping company.
Returns & exchanges
At Diamond FX, we are dedicated to maintaining high product quality and safety. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. To file a return or exchange please contact us at email@example.com.
If the return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to return your package. Please note that unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted. Once we receive the returned products, we will credit the product price on the invoice. It will take approximately five business days for the refund to appear on your account.
